PURPOSE: A system and a method for an optimal community offering activity information in real-time through the network are provided to keep continuous relationship among users by forming the relationship such as a star/fan, a buddy, and a link among the users, and automatically offering contents such as the activity information among the users through the network. CONSTITUTION: A user register(21) performs membership registration of users, and certifies the connected users based on information stored in a user database(11). A relationship former(22) includes the first relationship former(22a) forming a star/fan relationship among the users and the second relationship former(22b) forming a buddy relationship among the users, and each former manages formed relationship information by storing it to a registration database(12). An activity monitoring part(23) monitors activities of the users registered as the star on the network and offers the activity information of the stars to the users registered as the fan in the real-time. A contents processor(24) includes a push environment setting part(24a), a contents pushing part(24b), and a contents distributor(24c).
