PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twin-clutch type geared transmission with two countershafts disposed on the same axis, surely obtaining the effect of making a transmission compact even in the case of transmitting large driving torque. SOLUTION: A first speed counter gear 23B is disposed on the first countershaft 7, whereby in the second countershaft 8, it will be sufficient to support the other gear trains, that is, a fourth speed counter gear 24B, a second speed counter gear 25B, and a sixth speed counter gear 26B, which have comparatively not so large transmission torque.
