PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent the wear and deformation by improving wear resistance when attaching or detaching a work to or from a work fixing part while shortening acceleration/deceleration time by minimizing the inertia moment of a rotary shaft body. SOLUTION: A rotary shaft body 3 includes a cylindrical work fixing part 20 made up of attachable/detachable separate parts. The work fixing part 20 is provided with a screw part 21 for fixing a cup 11 for paint diffusion and a mating taper part 22, with a D cut part 23 and a pin hole 24 taken as a stopper in fixing the cup 11 and with a screw part 25 for being mounted in the rotary shaft body 3. In the rotary shaft body 3, only the work fixing part is made of ferrous metals (iron, stainless steel or the like).
