<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motion control method, along with a motion control program, data processing apparatus and data processing system, wherein the data processing apparatus can execute suitable operations in response to an operating condition for executing various processes. <P>SOLUTION: The data processing system can obtain power information and external apparatus information (S2 and S6). The power information is one on a power supply source to the data processing apparatus. The external apparatus information is one which is generated based on the processing performance of an external apparatus connected to the data processing apparatus. The data processing system decides a data process which is limited or inhibited of data processes which the data processing apparatus can execute based on at least any of the power information and the external apparatus information (S3 to S11).
