PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosing method of a concrete structure having utility equal to that of a percussion method, capable of discriminating the presence and absence of a flaw in a real time and also having high-precision corresponding to an impact elastic wave method. SOLUTION: The elastic wave, which is propagated through the concrete structure to arrive at the surface of the concrete structure when the surface of the concrete structure is struck, is measured by an elastic wave detection means 2 such as an acceleration sensor or a microphone while the detected elastic wave is converted to an audio-frequency band listened by a person using a signal processor 7, and the presence and absence of the internal flaw of the concrete structure are discriminated by the regenerated sound thereof.
