PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal force applying device capable of automatically altering the angle-of-rotation position of a microchip, and a specimen liquid analyzer. SOLUTION: The centrifugal force applying device 2 which constitutes the specimen liquid analyzer 100 includes a rotary arm 20, an arm rotating shaft 21, the arm rotating mechanism 22 for rotationally driving the arm rotating shaft 21, the rotary stand rotating shafts 24 provided one by one at the positions which are symmetric with respect to the center of rotation of the rotary arm 20, the chip rotary stand 23 joined to the upper end parts of the rotary stand rotating shafts 24, the chip holding part 26 provided on the chip rotary stand 23, a rotary stand rotating mechanism 25 for rotationally driving the rotary stand rotating shafts 24, and a rotary stand driving force transmission mechanism 27 for transmitting power to the rotary stand rotating mechanism 25. The rotary stand driving force transmission mechanism 27 is provided independently of another constituent parts and the cam 25a of the rotary stand rotating mechanism 25 is pushed up by the pusher 27g of the rotary stand driving force transmission mechanism 27 to transmits its rotational drive force to the rotary stand rotating shafts 24.
