PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent infiltration foreign substances from the outside of a reaction vessel plate, and also to prevent environmental pollution to the outside. SOLUTION: The reaction vessel plate includes a sealed reaction vessel 5, reaction vessel flow channels 13, 15 and 17, a sealed vessel 35, a sealed vessel flow channel 35a, a syringe 51, a switch valve 63, a projection flow channel 35d connected to the sealed vessel flow channel 35a, a sealed vessel air purge flow channel 35b, and a second projection flow channel connected to the sealed vessel air purge flow channel 35b. The sealed vessel 35 has a sealed vessel main space, sealed vessel air-purge space, and a flow channel for communication for communicating the sealed vessel main space with the sealed vessel air-purge space. The sealed vessel main space has a penetrable section which is penetrable by the projection flow channel 35d, at a position where it comes into contact with liquid during use of the reaction vessel plate; the sealed vessel air-purge space has a second penetrable section penetrable by the second projection flow channel; and the flow channel for communication is disposed, at a position where it does not come into contact with liquid during use of the reaction vessel plate.
