PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a drive method thereof are provided to display images with desired brightness regardless of the deterioration of an organic light emitting diode and temperature by controlling real current flowing in real pixels. CONSTITUTION: A pixel unit(30) comprises scan lines and plural pixels(40) connected to data lines. A scan driver(10) drives scan lines. A data driver(20) drives data lines. A timing controller(50) controls the scan driver and the data driver. A power supply unit(90) generates a first power source. A power controller controls the power supply unit.
