PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain an optical characteristic by selecting the thickness and the material of thin films between an intermediate film of the pixel electrode and the common electrode. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(110) includes first to third regions. First to third driving transistors are formed on a substrate. An insulation layer is formed on the first to third driving transistors. The first to third pixel electrodes(191R,191G,191B) are formed on the insulation layer. The first to third conductive protection units cover the lateral side of the first to third pixel electrodes. An organic light emitting unit is formed on the first to third pixel electrodes. The common pixel is formed on the organic light emitting unit.
