PURPOSE: An exfoliation/seating integration system and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device using the same is provided to separate an exfoliation role and a seating role within the exfoliation/seating integration system, thereby minimizing a process time to exfoliation and seating processes. CONSTITUTION: An exfoliation/seating integration system comprises an index device(26) and a seating device. In the index device, heads(21,25,43) are rotatably connected in up, down, right, and left directions. The index device rotates the heads. A BA(Board Assembly) is absorbed in the first head of the index device. The seating device settles the BA on a BL(BackLight) unit. The BA is attached to the second head of the index device. A film is exfoliated from the BA for the operation of the seating device.
