<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make possible perfect and efficient conversion of design data between CADs and to improve design efficiency in pattern design when the pattern design of wiring patterns is carried out by using the plural CADs. SOLUTION: This design data conversion device converts the design data including correction data indicating a correction pattern for correcting a wiring pattern in such a manner, that the wiring shape approximate to the wiring shape of the wiring pattern may be obtained as first data consisting of the pattern data and land data indicating the wiring pattern and attribute data of this first data. The device described above has an extraction means 11 for extracting the correction data from the design data, a conversion means 12 for converting the correction data from the attribute data into the data approximate to the land data and a substitution means 13 for substituting the correction data subjected to the data conversion described above with the correction data before the data conversion in the design data.</p> |
