The present invention relates to a device and a method for inducing a moving object by using a laser light pattern having coded spatial information needed in guiding a moving object to a destination point. The device comprises: an induction information providing unit installed in an induction space, and generating and transmitting induction information for guiding a moving object to a destination point on the basis of flight information of the moving object; and an induction information receiving unit installed on the moving object, receiving induction information transmitted from the induction information providing unit, and obtaining spatial information from a light pattern included in the induction information.
