PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten common reference information in a CRS-reusable, noninteractive, and information discarding non-required type efficient general-purpose connectable commitment.SOLUTION: A common reference information generation device 2 generates a public key pk and a secret key sk, discards the secret key sk and discloses the public key pk. A commit generation device 3 generates a random number r and a sample value u, and encrypts a plaintext m by using the public key pk, the random number r, a tag t and the sample value u to generate a ciphertext c, and commits the ciphertext c, the tag t and the sample value u to a commit reception device 4, and discloses the plaintext m and the random number r to the commit reception device 4. The commit reception device 4 encrypts the plaintext m by using the public key pk, the random number r, the tag t and the sample value u to obtain a ciphertext c', and confirms that the ciphertext c' is the same as the ciphertext c. |
