CELL OF A BASIC MATRIX CRYSTAL

A cell of a basic matrix crystal includes eight uncommuted p- and n- channel field transistors arranged on strips of n- and p- regions and placed along the power supply lines. 3p- and 3n- channel field transistors and 1n- and 1p- channel field transistors are arranged in pairs, connected in series and dielectrically insulated one from another. The source-sink areas of the n- and p- channel field transistors are used as inter-element joints.
