摘要 The present invention relates to a cell therapeutic agent composition for treating immune diseases, more specifically, to a composition for preventing or treating immune disease comprising, as an active ingredient, mesenchymal stem cells genetically modified by a recombinant vector containing the GRIM19 gene. According to the present invention, the mesenchymal stem cells genetically modified by a recombinant vector containing the GRIM19 gene can suppress the expression and production of inflammatory cytokines and proinflammatory factors, and when co-cultured with undifferentiated T cells under pathological conditions, has the effect of suppressing the differentiation of T cells into cytotoxic Th17 and Th1 cells, and has an excellent effect of promoting the differentiation and activity of immunoregulatory T cells (Treg) that have the characteristic of suppressing the function of abnormally activated immune cells and controlling inflammatory responses. Further, the mesenchymal stem cells genetically modified by a recombinant vector containing the GRIM19 gene of the present invention has the ability to move rapidly and accurately to a pathologically affected site, and thus can be used as an active ingredient of a cell therapeutic agent composition capable of preventing or treating immune diseases induced by abnormalities in regulating various immune responses, such as autoimmune diseases, inflammatory diseases and transplant rejection diseases.
