The present invention relates to a robot cleaner, a maintenance station, and a cleaning system having the same. The cleaning system having the robot cleaner and the maintenance system allows the dust stored in a dust canister to float by the air flowing into the robot cleaner through an opening part of the robot cleaner and then to be discharged to a second opening part of the maintenance station through the first opening part of the robot cleaner. Therefore, the present invention prevents a decrease in the cleaning performance of the robot cleaner.
