The present invention relates to a used item transaction service device, and a method therefor, the device and method enabling: transactions for used items to be safely performed by a broker by utilizing an application installed in a smart phone, thereby increasing the reliability of used item transactions; information on a used item, which is to be purchased, to be matched and connected with a used item registered in a server even if only the information on the used item is posted; and the information on the used item, which is to be purchased, to be transmitted to corresponding regional and industrial brokers such that items, which are unregistered in the server and only possessed, can be registered immediately, thereby quickly enabling transactions. |
