<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pouring tool with an opening implement capable of surely breaking a pouring opening even if the opening implement is tilted when breaking a closing film. <P>SOLUTION: The pouring tool 1 with an opening implement includes connection sections 8, 9 that enable the opening implement 3 to be moved downwards. The opening implement 3 is constructed of: a main section 17 extended downwards from the central part of the under surface of a central pressing section 10, while having a cutting portion 20 at its tip end; a plurality of wing sections 18 that radially extend with respect to the extended direction of the main section 17; and regulating plates 19 that extend in the circumferential direction with the axis of the main section 17 as a center, of which the top ends are connected to the central pressing section 10. The inner peripheral part of a side wall 6 is provided with guide ribs 22 which rectify the deviance of the opening implement 3 with respect to the opening 15a, and the regulating plates 19 are arranged to become able to come in touch with the guide ribs 22 when the opening implement 3 is pressed downwards for movement, thereby the guide ribs 22 can regulate the displacement of the opening implement 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
