<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharging device suitable for discharging a liquid material and granular material. <P>SOLUTION: The discharging device 1 has a head 10 which uses an actuator 6 to fluctuate internal pressure of a cavity 14 and discharge liquid material 50 through a nozzle opening 11 communicated with the cavity 14. This head 10 includes a detecting element 12 prepared between the cavity 14 and the nozzle opening 11, while the discharging device 1 further has: a detector 7 which detects a plurality of granular materials 51 contained in liquid material 50 discharged from the nozzle opening 11 via the detecting element 12 of the head 10; and a controller 75 for changing discharge destination of the head 10 depending on detection result of the detector 7. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
