A comparator 222 compares the voltage of the signal Vin increased by a voltage Vwith the voltage Out, and outputs a signal Gt2 which indicates the comparison result. Transistors 231 and 232 are electrically inserted in series between power supply voltages, and the transistor 231 and the transistor 232 are controlled by the signal Gt1 and the signal Gt2, respectively.
