PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce press-fit load in press-fitting a ceramic member into a metal member, thereby to enhance coupling force between the metal member and the ceramic member coupled by press-fit.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a composite member in which a ceramic member 1 is fitted into metal members 3, 14 includes a press-fit step of press-fitting the ceramic member 1 into the metal members 3, 14, and an adhesion step performed preceding the press-fit step. In the adhesion step, to a surface of at least one of the metal members 3, 14 and the ceramic member 1 and an area where the metal members 3, 14 and the ceramic member 1 contact with each other in the press-fit step, a substance that has an alkylene oxide group as a repeating unit and has a repeated number of the alkylene oxide group is 20 or more adheres.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
