<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an aromatic boric acid ester in a higher yield. <P>SOLUTION: The aromatic boric acid ester is produced by reacting an aromatic halide with a compound represented by formula (2) in the presence of a palladium catalyst and a 3-12C ether solvent, wherein the method includes a step of performing the reaction under a condition of a water content of 5 wt.% or less in a mixture of the palladium catalyst, ether solvent, aromatic halide and a compound represented by formula (2), (in the formula, each k indicates independently 0 or 1; and each R<SP>2</SP>indicates independently a 1-6C hydrocarbon group and may combine with each other). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
