The invention relates to analytical chemistry, in particular to method for determination of group of biologically active substances of polyphenol type – catechins and gallic ethers of those, these form the most valuable part of tea leaves. Separation of catechins is carried out by sorption on sorbent, catechins separated in such a way undergo interaction with ions of scandium (III) modified on the surface of sorbent, and measurement of analytical signal is carried out in presence of potassium citrate and natrium laurilsulphate at pH=4.3-4.5. |
