PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin molded coil, which is an air-core coil maintaining a prescribed number of turns thereof, reducing a thickness thereof, and bent in a curved state, covered with a thin film state molded resin film.SOLUTION: A resin molded coil comprises: a curved air-core coil 18 made with a flat wire having a rectangular cross section, in which the flat wire is wound in an α shape, aligned in two lines and laminated, with adjacent long sides closely contacted, and with short side faces attached with each other, so as to make a long shape air-core coil bent to have a curved short side face; two pins 24 with round cross sections protruding from a same short side of the curved air-core coil 18, in which the two pins are contacted on an end of the flat line; and a resin insert 20 having an opening part opening corresponding to an air-core section 18a of the curved air-core coil 18 in a curved face closely contactable with an inner curved face of the curved air-core coil 18. The curved air-core coil 18 is molded with the same resin as the resin forming the insert 20. A molded resin 22 covers the curved air-core coil 18 except the contacting face thereof to the curved face, and seals connecting part between the end of flat wire and the pin 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
