PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic relay that can distinctly discriminate between "absence" of an input signal and a circuit fault.SOLUTION: A signal processing part 1 is supplied with a normal position input signal N1 and an inverted input signal R1 in inversion relation to the normal position input signal N1, and outputs a normal position control signal N2 corresponding to the normal position input signal N1 and an inverted control signal R2 corresponding to the inverted input signal R1. A normal position relay part 2 when supplied with the normal position control signal N2 from the signal processing part 1 outputs a normal position output signal N3 which is a presence signal. An inversion relay part 3 when supplied with the inverted control signal R2 from the signal processing part 1 outputs an inverted output signal R3 which is a presence signal. The signal processing part 1 controls the normal position relay 2 and inversion relay part 3 so as to maintain current states of the normal position output signal N3 and inverted output signal R3 except when the normal position input signal N1 or inverted normal input signal R1 changes from an absence signal to a presence signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
