PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition significantly excellent in adhesion with various base materials, post-processability and hardness when formed into a coating film without requiring an aging time when a coating film is formed.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition which contains a polyester resin having an acid value of 10 to 50 mgKOH/g and fine particles having an average particle diameter of 1 to 30 μm, wherein the content of the fine particles is 1 to 40 mass%. |
