摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable simple and economical synchronization between decoders by assigning a first value to a count variable, outputting second data which are entirely the same as first data received by a first decoder or are to be generated from the first decoder and decoding the data while respectively incrementing or decrementing the data. SOLUTION: A two-channel voice decoder DEC1 has a count register to be set by a system controller SYS. After the decoder DEC1 receives data, the decoder unpacks data from a program stream so as to form a fundamental data stream and stores the data in a memory and it reads out the data from the memory again to output them by using a serial interface. When the register reaches a value '0', a multichannel voice decoder DEC2 makes the synchronization between decoders DEC1, DEC2 sure by signaling that it starts a decoding and a processing to the two-channel voice decoder DEC1.
