PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a read reliability and a preservation characteristic of a sensor mark part by including in the sensor mark part a first carbon black of a specific or smaller average particle size and a second carbon black of a specific or larger average particle size. SOLUTION: An ink ribbon 1 has yellow ink layers 3Y, a magenta ink layer 3M and cyan ink layers 3C formed on one face of a ribbon-shaped base 2. Sensor mark parts 4 are formed between the yellow ink layers 3Y and magenta ink layer 3M or cyan ink layers 3C. A back coat layer 5 is formed on the other face of the base 2. The sensor mark part 4 contains a first carbon black of an average particle size of not larger than 30 μm and a second carbon black of an average particle size of not smaller than 270 nm. |
