PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding device performing welding beautifully without generating poor welding without using a receiving mold or a receiving base and even if an object to be welded is one to be deformed easily, when a welding object such as a lid or the like is welded to the object to be welded such as a container or the like. SOLUTION: The welding device for welding the welding object to the object to be welded has heating means to heat the welding object being in contact with the object to be welded, by high frequency induction, pressing means to press the heating means to the welding object and an inclination regulating means to change the direction of the heating means corresponding to deformation when the object to be welded is deformed by pressing.
