A steering wheel device, wherein when a driver rotates a rotating part (126) in either direction, a projected member (124l) deflects an elastic member (1218b), and the tip of the elastic member (1218b) presses the button of a switch (1217b) to output signals from the switch (1217b) and to transmit a force in reverse direction to the hand of the driver by a reaction the moment the button is pressed, whereby the driver can recognize that the button is pressed.
