PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sense of incompatibility to a driver by stagnation of engine rotation even if a vehicle speed increases. SOLUTION: A target engine torque calculating means 41 calculates driver target engine torque on the basis of an operation state (the vehicle speed, and accelerator opening) of a vehicle. A transmission control device 30 calculates clutch engaging torque Tc on the basis of an engine speed Ne. A torque correction quantity calculating means 42 calculates a torque correction quantity on the basis of the clutch engaging torque Tc and the driver target engine torque. A post-correction target engine torque calculating means 45 calculates post-correction target engine torque by adding the target engine torque and the torque correction quantity.
