PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door window regulator structure for preventing an inclination of a carrier plate in the bottom dead center, by lengthening the fitting length of a sliding part of a rail and the carrier plate without sacrificing an effective stroke of window glass. SOLUTION: This door window regulator structure has the rail 22 arranged in the vertical direction under a window 2 of a door panel 1 of a vehicle, the carrier plate 25 engaging with front-rear both edge parts of the rail, liftably installed and supporting a lower end part 3b of the window glass 3, pulleys 31 and 32 arranged in the vicinity of both upper-lower ends of the rail, a wire 37 having both ends fixed to the carrier plate and wound around the respective upper-lower pulleys, and a driving means 35 for lifting the carrier plate by driving the wire. The structure is constituted by arranging the upper-lower pulleys 31 and 32 in a position offset from the center of the rail 22, by widely setting an interval between both front-rear edge parts engaging with the carrier plate 25 by forming the rail 22 in a wide width.
