PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion prevention structure and a corrosion prevention method for a steel in an interface of a low cost concrete and a corrosion prevention structure and a corrosion-preventing method of a composite segment without having danger of causing degradation of a corrosion prevention performance and a structural performance while maintaining the integrity of the steel and the concrete. SOLUTION: In the corrosion prevention structure of the steel in the interface between the steel and the concrete, a polymer cement layer is provided on the surface of the steel abutted on the concrete, and a concrete is placed on the outside of the polymer cement layer. In the corrosion prevention structure of the composite concrete filling the inside of a steel-made segment with the concrete 5, the polymer cement layer 3 is provided on the inside surface of a steel-made segment body 4a or the inside surface to a predetermined intermediate position from the radial inside of a tunnel to cover, and the inside of the segment is filled with the concrete 5 so as to bury the polymer cement layer 3.
