PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentric rotation caster in which directions of left and right tires are changed around at the same timing and the left and right tires counteract since the rotation directions become symmetric in left and right, whereby the caster cannot be laterally shaken and can smoothly and linearly retreated in the state where stability is maintained when it is linearly retreated from an advancement direction to a just opposite direction. SOLUTION: The eccentric rotation caster comprises a mounting base; a rotation plate rotatably provided on the mounting base; a bearing member having a bearing at a position eccentric to a direction opposite to the advancement direction from a rotation center point of the rotation plate; and the tire provided on the bearing through a shaft. In the eccentric rotation caster, the bearing member and the tire are provided such that they are positioned at a position further eccentric to a lateral direction from the axis of the rotation plate.
