PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restart a pump by refilling a priming when the pump becomes idle turning. SOLUTION: A control device 48 closes the second solenoid controlled valve 40 and also stops a pump 28 when a gas is detected due to lack of discharge impulse wave, and closes the third solenoid controlled valve 42. A liquid in a reserve tank 15 is thereby supplied as a priming into a liquid supplying path 20 communicating to the delivery side of the pump 28. Therefore even if the pump 28 becomes an idle turning state that air is inhaled into the pump 28, the pump 28 can be restarted automatically by supplying the priming. As a result, it is not needed that an operator checks a source of failure or carries out a priming supplying work and a burden of maintenance works can be reduced and maintenance time can be shortened.
