The one side waterproof type high water/oil adsorption paper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce the consumption of the unnecessary toilet paper. The thin film forming liquid is coated on a release layer supplied from a release film supply member(20) from the first coating member(21) with the thickness of 2-9 micron. The release layer is passed through a dry member(22). Hot melt or adhesive with the thickness of 2-5 micron is coated on the release layer at the second coating member(23). In order to bond the solvent-dried layer and the high absorbing paper at a dry oven(24), the high absorbing paper is supplied and bonded at a heating laminating roller(27). |
