LIQUID CRYSTAL PANEL ASSEMBLY AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY HAVING THE SAME

A liquid crystal panel assembly and a liquid crystal display including the same are provided to improve the display property of a liquid crystal display by accurately aligning a common electrode display panel and a thin film transistor display panel when the common electrode display panel and the thin film transistor display panel are bonded with each other. A common electrode display panel(134) includes a common electrode(14) and a plurality of protruded parts(1) formed along the edge of the common electrode display plate. A thin film transistor display panel(133) is arranged opposite to the common electrode display panel and includes a thin film transistor array, pixel electrodes(82), and insertion guide parts(18) having groove parts(9) where the protruded parts are inserted. A liquid crystal layer is interposed between the thin film transistor display panel and the common electrode display panel.
