A drilling crown (4) with a cutting means extending around at least part of its periphery is mounted on the drive shaft (1). The cutting means comprises a first set of teeth (6) mounted on at least one arm (5) extending between the drive shaft and crown. These teeth extend at right angles to the arm. The device comprises a shaft with a means on its lower end for loosening soil and a system for injecting a binder into the loosened soil. The soil loosening means comprises a second set of teeth (3). An independent claim is also included for a multi-axle drilling installation with at least two of these drilling devices for forming partially overlapping piles.
