<p>The grit aid and storage container has a casing (1) forming a filling space (3) in its lower area. A screw nut (9) and a tie bar (12) including a thrust bearing (16) are arranged in a side of a compression plunger (4) opposite to the filling space. The plunger is moved by turning the nut or another tie bar using a cap (6) towards a grit grid (5). The grid is closed with a lower side of the housing or a fixing ring (10).</p>
