The sensor has a first pressure can (2) with a dividing membrane (3) and a second pressure can (4) with a measurement membrane (5). A capillary (7) connects the two cans. The cans and the capillary are filled with a fluid which is a mix of the metal components gallium, indium and tin. Independent claims also cover a method of filling the sensor.
