A screen and a projection system are provided to increase brightness by reducing reflection of external light having different directions from image signals with efficiently reflecting oblique incident light. A projection system includes a projection engine(11) and a screen(12). The projection engine performs projections within 1m from a wall(W) where the screen is installed. The screen is a reflection type screen and reflects light from the projection engine and includes a substrate, a reflection prevention plate, and convex parts. The substrate is transparent flat plate and is adhered on the reflection prevention plate. The convex parts are formed on the substrate in regular intervals and reflect the light from the projection engine and oblique incident light for blocking light from an area between the convex parts.
