<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of cracks, as much as possible, in a connecting part to a protective material for the case of a pressure sensor, comprising by forming a pressure-detecting sensor chip in this case, formed by molding with resin and covering and protecting this sensor chip with the protective material. <P>SOLUTION: In the pressure sensor provided with the case 10 formed by molding resin, the pressure-detecting sensor chip 20 provided in the case 10, and the protective material 40 for covering and protecting the sensor chip 20 provided in the case 10, corners 18a, 18b which are brought into contact with the protective material 40 out of the case 10, are formed into a round shape, and moreover are formed so that the radius of curvature of the corners 18a, 18b is 0. 5 mm or larger. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
