PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an autohandler capable of preventing tape from bending, when the tape is sandwiched between a pusher plate and a tape clamper, even when the tape is thin. SOLUTION: The autohandler which conveys IC devices mounted on the device tape to a measuring part and performs measurement pressing the IC devices to a probe by a contact pusher, in a state where the IC devices are sandwiched by the pusher plate and the tape clamper at the measuring part, and conveys the measured IC devices out, has a suctional means of sucking the device tape to the pusher plate in the measuring part.
