PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting system capable of reducing the number of parts, being manufactured at low cost and improving appearance. SOLUTION: The lighting system 10 has a recession part in which a light source is stored/arranged; and a room lamp cover 32 mounted to the recession part so as to cover the light source. The room lamp cover 32 integrally has an engagement part 41 engaged with an end edge part 35a of a frame and a tongue piece part 39 extending to an outer side in a vehicle width direction since the cover is mounted to the lamp frame 35. When the cover is mounted to the frame, an end 20b of a head lining 20 is clamped/pressed between the tongue piece part 30 and the frame 35. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
