PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate a 3D (three-dimensional) model of a heart and a cardiovascular system blood vessel.SOLUTION: A 3D template of a region as a generation object of the 3D model, including a heart and a cardiovascular system blood vessel and represented by a polygon is obtained from a data storage part storing 3D template, a heart valve as a transformation reference of the obtained 3D template is specified, the shape of a specified annulus of the heart valve is extracted from the 3D volume data generated from a plurality of tomographic images of a living body including the heart, and a first reference point is specified on the specified annulus of the heart valve in the obtained 3D template. A second reference point is specified on the extracted annulus of the heart valve, a predetermined number of starting points from the first reference point are arranged on the specified annulus of the heart valve in the obtained 3D template according to a predetermined rule, a predetermined number of target points are arranged on the extracted annulus of the heart valve according to a predetermined rule, a coefficient of a predetermined function is decided from the coordinates of the starting points and target points, and the obtained 3D template is transformed using the predetermined function. |
