PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode plate manufacturing device for reducing the desorption of an electrode active material.SOLUTION: The electrode plate manufacturing device includes: an precursor supporting part for supporting an precursor for an electrode plate, coated with the electrode active material; a first punching blade for forming a linear first cut portion in the precursor; a first supporting substrate which is opposed to the precursor supporting part, and to which the first punching blade is fixed; a second punching blade for forming a linear second cut portion in the precursor; a second supporting substrate which is opposed to the precursor supporting part, and to which the second punching blade is fixed; and a driving part for driving the first and second supporting substrates. When the driving part drives the first supporting substrate, the first punching blade forms the first cut portion. When the driving part drives the second supporting substrate, the second punching blade forms the second cut portion that crosses the first cut portion in the precursor in which the fist cut portion is formed. |
