PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend the scope of application of a blind by facilitating its operation. SOLUTION: A blind body 5 is arranged in a supporting frame 2, the front and rear of which are sandwiched between glass plates 3; a lifting and lowering braking body 8 and a lifting and lowering operation body 9 for operating a lifting and lowering mechanism 6 are provided with the front-side glass plate in between; an angle adjusting braking body 18 and an angle adjusting operation body 19 for operating an angle adjusting mechanism 7 are provided; the lifting and lowering braking body 8, which can move up/down in the supporting frame, is provided with a magnet 43; the lifting and lowering operation body 9, which can move up/down a front surface of the glass plate 3, is equipped with a magnet; the lifting and lowering braking body and the lifting and lowering operation body attract each other by a magnetic force, and have an integral relationship between each other; the lifting and lowering mechanism 6 is provided with first and second lifting and lowering cords 13 and 14 for lifting and lowering a blade 5a; the angle adjusting mechanism 7 is provided with first and second angle adjusting cords 26 and 27 for adjusting the angle of the blade; and the angle adjusting braking body 18 and the angle adjusting operation body 19 can control the lifting and lowering cords and the angle adjusting cords through a vertical motion.
