PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint structure between building units, which has excellent beauty even if an aperture or unevenness occurs between the building units. SOLUTION: In this joint structure C between the building units, a gasket 4 is inserted into an end surface space 3 which is formed between end surfaces of wall panels 1 and 2 of adjacent building units. The end space 3 is equipped with a fixed space 31 having a constant width in a depth direction, and an adjusting space 32 which continues into the fixed space 31 and which has a width gradually increased to the outdoors; the gasket 4 is equipped with deformed fin portions 41 and 42, and a surface fin portion 43, which are wider than the fixed space 31; the deformed fin portions 41 and 42 are inserted into the fixed space 31; and the surface fin portion 43 abuts on the adjusting space 32.
