PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable pallet showing an enhanced load bearing capacity when the pallets are stacked. SOLUTION: In the loading pallet having a protrusive piece 24 mating with the inside of a back-forth direction groove shape material 14b of a frame structure 6 on the lower side of a side panel 3, a mesh structure 7 has a layer 17 of right-left direction wires 19a to 19g whose left-right ends cross the back-forth direction groove shape materials 14a and 14b of the frame structure 6, and a layer 16 of back-forth direction wires 18a and 18b intersecting the right-left direction wires 19a to 19g; expanded portions 20b and 20c of a distance between wires on which the right-left direction wires 19b and 19c, the distance being larger than the distance between the right-left direction wires 19d, are formed on the layer 17 of the right-left direction wires 19a to 19g; the protrusive piece 24 penetrates the wire distance expanded portions 20b and 20c and is fitted in the inside of the back-forth direction groove shape material 14b; and the bottom side of the protrusive piece 24 is supported by the groove bottom of the back-forth direction groove shape material 14b.
