PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the cooling performance of a rotor coil, and to reduce the rotor coil in size. SOLUTION: A plurality of salient-pole type magnetic pole cores 3 are axially attached to the external periphery of a relay 2 arranged at a rotating shaft 1 at prescribed intervals, and the rotor coil 4 is wound to each of the salient-pole type magnetic pole cores 3. A coil bracket 5 is arranged between the rotor coils 4 of the adjacent salient-pole type magnetic pole cores 3, and the rotor coil 4 is pressed and fixed by a mounting bracket 6 and a nut 7 via the coil bracket 5. In the mounting bracket 6, an engagement part 6b protruding to the direction of a plate thickness is formed at one end of a flat plate 6a, and a screw rod 6c is attached to the end at the side of a non-engagement part. The mounting bracket 6 is limited in radial movement by making the engagement part 6b engaged with an engagement groove 2a of the relay 2, and the direction of the flat plate is arranged along the axial direction, thus enlarging an effective area of a ventilation passage 8.
